The Offer to Purchase form is a legal document which requires a signature. If you wish to make an offer you need to make a print of the form, fill it out, and return it to us via fax. (We regret the inconvenience, but at this time we are not able to do signatures electronically.)

For your convenience, a depsoit is not required until the seller has acepted your offer. At that time a 10% cash, cashiers check, or wire transfer will be required.

Information regarding the vessel, its equipment, condition, specifications, or selling situation is believed correct, but vessel is offered for sale subject to owner's consent and is accepted by the buyer, AS IS, AND WHERE IS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. PURCHASER AGREES THERE IS NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND AS TO THE CONDITION OF THE VESSEL, ITS HULL, MACHINERY OR PARTS THEREOF OR TO THE MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS OF THE VESSEL FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. PURCHASER AGREES SALE IS MADE WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF CONDITION, MATERIAL, WORKMANSHIP OR SAFETY OF VESSEL. NO REPRESENTATIONS OTHER THAN THOSE HEREIN CONTAINED ARE RECOGNIZED.

The offer on this vessel may, at option of owner, simply be received by owner without acknowledgment, acceptance, rejection, or a counter offer. Offers are not closed and may be divulged to other prospective purchasers. Actions by the owner are beyond the control of Marine Lenders Service LLC, who shall be held harmless by buyer. Vessel is subject to prior sale and may be withdrawn at any time without notice or cause.

Upon acceptance of the offer by owner, the buyer has one (1) calendar day to deposit earnest money, ten percent (10%) of the agreed selling price, in trust with Marine Lenders Services LLC. Balance of the purchase price including applicable sales tax is to be paid prior to closing. Closing shall take place within 10 days of final acceptance of this offer, unless an extension of time is granted by owner in writing.

If, under “Other Conditions” on this form, buyer requests a marine survey or inspection of any kind, all costs for transportation, haul out, sea trial and survey are to be paid by the buyer. Buyer shall have 3 days after marine survey date, and 1 day after other inspections, to rescind their offer and request their earnest money.

Owner is to furnish a clear title to the vessel in accordance with the regulations of the United States Coast Guard and all County, City and State agencies, pay all taxes and penalties assessed or payable to the date of closing, and discharge all liens, mortgages and bills of any kind held against the vessel prior to closing.

Buyer is to pay any and all taxes, fees and penalties due as a result of this sale.
